Finals Qualification – One Day Grades
To ensure consistency in player eligibility across all grades, The SMCA Executive has approved the following changes to finals qualification thresholds: • Two Day Grades: Qualification remains at 6 playing days (unchanged) • One Day Grades A–I: Qualification threshold reduced from 6 to 5 playing days • One Day Grade J: Qualification threshold reduced from 6 to 4 playing days, or 3 playing days if the player has not appeared in a higher grade These adjustments aim to align

Please be aware that we have had a technical issue with the Season Permits function of the PlayHQ program the date of the season start was on 18/10/2025. For all permits that have a start date of the 18/10/2025 you will not be able to select them this week. However the SMCA Executive will allow the clubs in this instance to use the 'Fill In Player' function and then they can replace the player later with the correct player.
