Updated SMCA Procedure for Forfeits

Due to a mix-up last weekend, the SMCA is updating its procedure for handling forfeits.

From now on, any club wishing to forfeit a team must have a committee member e-mail forfeits@smcacricket.com.au with the following details:

•              Team forfeiting

•              Grade

•              Opposition team

The forfeiting club is welcome to notify the opposition directly if they wish, but the opposition club should not act on the forfeit until they receive an official e-mail from the SMCA via forfeits@smcacricket.com.au.
