To ensure consistency in player eligibility across all grades, The SMCA Executive has approved the following changes to finals qualification thresholds:

• Two Day Grades:

Qualification remains at 6 playing days (unchanged)

• One Day Grades A–I:

Qualification threshold reduced from 6 to 5 playing days

• One Day Grade J:

Qualification threshold reduced from 6 to 4 playing days, or 3 playing days if the player has not appeared in a higher grade

These adjustments aim to align qualification percentages and promote fairness across all levels of competition.
