A. Turner pleaded not guilty. The panel heard the evidence from the umpire and from A. Turner. The umpire had asked A. Turner for his name on a number of occasions which was not given by A. Turner. Eventually A. Turner's name was given to the umpire by the player's team captain who was officiating as square leg umpire.

Penalty:

A. Turner found guilty of a level 1 offence and suspended from playing for two (2) playing dates effective immediately.
