A. Knowles pleaded not guilty. Swearing in the match was escalating and becoming personal. Team captains were warned to stop their players from swearing at the opposition or they would be reported. A. Knowles retaliated to comments made by the opposition batsman by swearing. The panel noted A. Knowles excellent conduct record and the character reference provided by his team captain.

A. Knowles found guilty of level 1 offence and given a suspended sentence for four (4)weeks for the remainder of season 2019/20
