A. Turner pleaded not guilty. The officiating umpire had warned both teams about swearing. As the match neared completion, the swearing increased and became personal. A. Turner being the batsman on strike swore at the opposition bowler at the completion of a delivery. The panel noted A. Turner's excellent conduct record and the character reference provided by his team captain.

Penalty:

A. Turner was found guilty of the offence and given a suspended sentence for four weeks (4) for the remainder of season 2019/20.
