Jandakot Park Cricket Club Senior Coach Job Description 2021/22
The Jandakot Park Cricket Club is seeking applicants for a Senior Coach for the 2021/22 season
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Strong Leadership with Professional Attitude
- Excellent Communication skills with players, committee and any other key stakeholders
- Proven cricketing performance
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Current Cricket Coaching Accreditation (Minimum Level 1)
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Work with committee to recruit new players of all abilities and ages
- Organise and run senior training sessions
- Assist the committee in the cricketing direction of the club
- Grow a positive and inclusive culture within the club
- Lead club captains in selection of all senior teams
- Assist in the integration of junior players to senior teams
Remuneration will be negotiable for the successful applicant.
