Tribunal notes:

David King advised Mr Jassal that he had been Reported of a Level 1 Offence (Entered the field of play while the match was in progress with out permission). David King asked Mr Jassal if he pleaded Guilty or Not Guilty of this offence. Mr Jassal advised that he was guilty of this. Norm Harris then read out a statement written by Thomas Leishman. CLCC advised that a JPCC player abused their players in Hindi, which Mr Jassal understood. These comments caused him to enter the field of play, which he acknowledged that he shouldn't of done. His intention was to stop the abusive language that was being directed at his team. CLCC players advised that they were under the impression that the Umpire was going to report the JPCC player. Thomas Leishman advised that, as the comments weren't made in English, he was unsure as to what was said. The P&D request that JPCC is written to, from the SMCA, and a "Please explain" is sought relating to the behaviour of Mr Jahangeer Haider. It is alleged that he verbally abused CLCC players in Hindi.

Penalty:

Sachin Jassal of CLCC was found Guilty of a Level 1 Offence (Entered the field of play while the match was in progress with out permission). Mr Jassal was given a 4 Playing Date suspension. However, all 4 playing dates have been suspended for a 12 month period. Mr Jassal is free to play this weekend.
