Tribunal notes:

Both the umpire and player Boyle agreed there was probably too much banter at times during the match, however the Tribunal panel was not satisfied this banter constituted dissent towards the umpire's decision. The panel therefore formed the view that the charge was not proved and found Mr Boyle NOT GUILTY.
