SMCA Life Membership - Graeme Ashley

His administration of the Association during his many years of service as the executive position of Treasurer, in addition to his work in the management of Association teams highlights his commitment to the SMCA for both the longest time and to the highest quality.

Graeme Ashley’s services to cricket extends more than four decades, dating back to the years of the Fremantle & Districts Mercantile Cricket Association and now to the South Metropolitan Cricket Association, always without the need for self- reward or recognition, a characteristic that certainly makes him an invaluable addition to the Association.

Particularly with the position of Treasurer being of such crucial importance, it certainly takes a special and dedicated person to fulfil that role. Graeme Ashley is without doubt the perfect example of this.

Members of the SMCA are in awe of the dedication, commitment and support that Graeme has provided to both the Leeming Spartan Club and the Association.
